At Korance, we are committed to protecting both buyers and sellers through our secure escrow system. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Guidelines
All refunds are subject to escrow dispute resolution.
Refunds will only be issued before funds have been released to the seller.
Once funds are released to the seller, Korance is no longer liable for refunding the buyer, unless fraud or breach of terms is proven.
2. When a Refund May Be Issued
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
✅ Non-Delivery of Product/Service
Seller fails to deliver the agreed product or service within the stated timeframe.
Buyer must provide sufficient evidence of non-delivery.
✅ Product or Service Not as Described
Item or service received is significantly different from what was agreed.
Buyer must provide photographic or written proof within 48 hours of receiving the item/service.
✅ Mutual Agreement
Both buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction.
Written confirmation from both parties is required.
✅ Fraud or Unauthorized Activity
If fraudulent activity or unauthorized access is detected.
Korance reserves the right to investigate and process a refund accordingly.
3. Refund Process
1. Buyer must initiate a refund request via their dashboard or by contacting support@korance.com.
2. Buyer and seller will be asked to submit evidence (e.g., chats, screenshots, receipts, delivery status).
3. Korance Admin Team will review the case and make a final decision.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
4. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued if:
Buyer confirms satisfaction and funds have been released.
Disputes are raised more than 72 hours after delivery confirmation.
Buyer simply changes their mind after accepting delivery.
Seller fulfilled their part of the agreement and buyer fails to confirm.
5. Dispute Resolution Timeline
All disputes and refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of product/service delivery.
Failure to act within this timeframe may result in the automatic release of funds to the seller.
6. Korance’s Decision is Final
Korance serves as a neutral third party. In the event of a dispute, Korance’s final decision is binding and cannot be appealed.
We aim to ensure fairness and transparency in all decisions made.
